1. Plain-English Summary

Rich Audit is sold as desktop software for Windows and Mac. The early-bird offer is a real purchase, not a deposit or reservation.

The first 500 buyers may purchase a Rich Audit lifetime licence for US$67. After the first 500 early-bird licences are sold, the standard lifetime price is planned to be US$97.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. What the Early-Bird Licence Includes

The early-bird licence provides access to Rich Audit as described at the time of purchase.

The licence applies to the Rich Audit desktop product. It does not include unrelated future software, separate products, consulting, custom development, managed SEO services, or guaranteed search engine outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • Rich Audit cannot be installed or used after reasonable troubleshooting;
  • the product materially does not work as described;
  • the wrong operating system version was purchased and access has not been used;
  • access/download/licence delivery fails and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time; or
  • the customer has a legal right to a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may ask for reasonable information to help resolve the issue, such as operating system, purchase email, error message, screenshot, or steps already tried.

4. Digital Software Delivery

Rich Audit is digital software. Access may be delivered by download link, licence/access email, customer portal, or another digital delivery method.

Where local law allows, by requesting or receiving immediate digital access, the customer acknowledges that delivery of digital software may begin immediately.

This does not remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. What Is Not Covered

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • change of mind after the refund window has passed;
  • buying without checking the supported operating system;
  • expecting Rich Audit to guarantee Google rankings, indexing, traffic, or rich results;
  • expecting Rich Audit to automatically fix schema or website code;
  • expecting Rich Audit to replace Google Search Console or Google's Rich Results Test;
  • failing to follow reasonable installation or usage instructions;
  • requests involving unrelated future products or separate software.

6. Product Limitations

Rich Audit is a first-pass desktop audit tool. It helps users bulk-check URLs for structured data/schema presence, rich result readiness signals, and basic indexability issues.

Rich Audit does not guarantee:

  • search engine rankings;
  • Google indexing;
  • rich result display;
  • traffic improvements;
  • automatic schema repair;
  • detection of every JavaScript-rendered schema implementation;
  • identical results to third-party tools.

7. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • purchase email address;
  • order number, if available;
  • operating system;
  • reason for the request;
  • screenshot or error message, if relevant.

We aim to review refund requests within 3-5 business days.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.

8. Local Consumer Rights

Some countries, states, or regions give customers additional rights that cannot be limited by this policy.

If any part of this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to your purchase, those laws will apply to the extent required.
