Rich Audit is a desktop software tool for Windows and Mac that helps users audit URLs for structured data (schema) presence, rich result readiness signals, and basic indexability issues. Rich Audit is developed and sold by Rich Audit, based in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.
By using our website or purchasing a licence, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
When you purchase a Rich Audit lifetime licence, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to install and use the Rich Audit software on your own devices for your own purposes.
You may not:
Early-bird lifetime licence: US$67 - available to the first 500 buyers.
Standard lifetime licence: US$97 - available after the first 500 early-bird licences are sold.
All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Prices are listed in US dollars. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees - these are outside our control.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in our Refund Policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Rich Audit is a first-pass desktop audit tool. It is designed to help you identify structured data and schema issues across multiple URLs efficiently.

Results from Rich Audit should be used as a starting point for further review and action, not as a definitive or exhaustive audit.
We aim to keep Rich Audit available and functional. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the software will be free from bugs or errors at all times.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions from time to time. Lifetime licence holders will receive updates to the current major version of Rich Audit where reasonably practicable.
All intellectual property in Rich Audit - including the software, branding, content, and documentation - remains the property of Rich Audit. Your licence gives you the right to use the software; it does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rich Audit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of revenue, rankings, traffic, data, or business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of Rich Audit will not exceed the amount you paid for your licence.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Rich Audit may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms, or websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of Rich Audit after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
